This project started as my Doctor of Musical Arts dissertation at the University of Colorado Boulder. The first set of works I've collected is for unaccompanied acoustic clarinet all written in the last 30 years (since 1989). Why, you may ask? Because I wanted to explore works written in my lifetime. I've discovered so many interesting new works and want to share them all with you. No matter what style you're looking for, there is something here for you. From short lyrical pieces to dramatic works including extended techniques, these phenomenal women have created a diverse array of works for all skill levels.
